Honoring Loved Ones at the Saginaw Harvest Memorial

The Saginaw, MI hospice team recently held their annual Harvest Memorial, a meaningful event organized by our Chaplain and Bereavement Coordinator, Kelly Iseman. Over 20 families of patients weโ€™ve served in the past year gathered to honor and remember their loved ones.

It was a beautiful time of fellowship, filled with reflection on the special moments shared with patients and their families. Each family received a cardinal wind chime in memory of their loved one, along with grief support resources to help them in their healing journey.

This event was a reminder of the compassionate care we provide and the lasting impact we have on the families we serve.
