The Saginaw, MI hospice team recently held their annual Harvest Memorial, a meaningful event organized by our Chaplain and Bereavement Coordinator, Kelly Iseman. Over 20 families of patients we’ve served in the past year gathered to honor and remember their loved ones.
It was a beautiful time of fellowship, filled with reflection on the special moments shared with patients and their families. Each family received a cardinal wind chime in memory of their loved one, along with grief support resources to help them in their healing journey.
This event was a reminder of the compassionate care we provide and the lasting impact we have on the families we serve.
