SHEBOYGAN, Wisc. – Ascension at Home, in collaboration with Compassus’ established hospice program in Sheboygan, Wisconsin, announces the upcoming grand opening of its new Sheboygan home health location. The joint event, in partnership with Compassus Sheboygan, is set to take place on Tuesday, September 12. The community is invited to attend the open house, which will feature guest speakers and a ceremonial ribbon cutting.
The Ascension at Home Sheboygan program provides high-quality and compassionate home health care, including home infusion services, to empower independence and reduce unplanned hospital visits. The skilled care team of nurses, therapists, social workers and home health aides works together to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients in their homes.
Compassus Sheboygan provides high-quality and compassionate hospice care to improve the quality of life for patients facing a life-limiting illness. Compassus has been a long-standing hospice provider in the Sheboygan community for more than 10 years. The supportive care team, which consists of physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers, works together to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families, wherever they call home.
