SEDONA, Ariz. – The Compassus program serving Sedona and the surrounding areas is hosting a seminar for those coping with the loss of a loved one on Tuesday, Dec. 4, at Sedona Winds Retirement Community. The event is free and open to the public.
“As the holidays grow near, many look forward to spending time with family and friends. But those who have lost a loved one often grieve their absence a little more during the holidays,” said Dale Morgan, bereavement coordinator for Compassus – Sedona. “Our goal is to support those in our community through the challenges of the holiday season.”
Morgan will cover tips on how to manage holiday traditions, cope with feelings of grief and handle stress that comes with this time of year.
