BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Compassus, a nationwide post-acute provider with hospice, palliative and home health care programs in 30 states, today announced the addition of Damien Weston as senior vice president, chief growth officer.
For the past 17 years Weston has served in both operations and sales leadership positions at Kindred Health Services. Most recently he led the sales organization for Kindred’s western division. Prior to his tenure with Kindred, Weston held various leadership positions in long-term care, senior housing and other post-acute services.
As senior vice president, chief growth officer for Compassus, Weston will focus on increasing awareness of its hospice, palliative and home health care services and achieving near-term, intermediate and long-term growth. He will work closely with key areas in the company that drive growth, including field sales, direct-to-consumer, marketing, and national and regional partnerships.

Weston earned his bachelor’s degree in business management from Northwest University in Bellevue, Washington.
