Care Moment: Spreading Love in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania
During Valentine’s Week, our Fort Washington, Pennsylvania hospice program had the amazing opportunity to spread extra love and compassionate care to our patients and their families across the county. It was a week filled with warmth, kindness, and meaningful connections.
For several days, our dedicated team worked tirelessly, visiting multiple hospice patients and facilities. Their mission was simple yet profound: to bring joy and comfort to those who needed it most. Armed with roses, teddy bears, and overflowing love, they set out to make a difference in patients and their family’s lives.
One of the shining stars of our team, Hospice Volunteer Coordinator Tiera Rosella, shared her heartfelt experience: “I truly enjoyed the opportunity to see the smiles on the patients’ faces. Even though many were sleeping, it was a great feeling knowing that they would wake up feeling loved by the entire Compassus team.”
We want to extend a heartfelt thank you to every member of our Fort Washington program for their unwavering commitment to our Compassus ‘Care for Who I am’ philosophy. By embodying our core values of compassion, integrity, excellence, teamwork, and innovation, they exemplify what it means to truly make a difference in the world.
