Care Moment: A Special Gathering in Casa Grande
Our Compassus program serving Casa Grande, Arizona and surrounding communities had the privilege of hosting a Remembrance Gathering this past month for our patients and families. It was a time for people to come together and honor the memories of those we’ve lost, a chance to remember and celebrate their lives.
One of the special parts of this gathering was the chance for guests to light a candle in honor of their loved ones. This simple act held a lot of meaning, symbolizing the light and warmth of the memories we hold dear in our hearts.
The team at Compassus worked hard to make this gathering memorable. They played different roles in the ceremony – singing, playing the guitar, reading poetry, and leading the candle lighting ceremony. It takes a lot of effort and coordination to make an event like this come together, and they did an amazing job.
Another detail about this gathering is that it allows our patients and their families to reconnect with the Compassus team. Building strong relationships and connections is an important part of the care we provide, and events like this help strengthen those bonds.
