Neenah Ascension at Home Program Awarded for Excellence

NEENAH, Wis. –  The Ascension at Home program serving Neenah has been recognized as one of the organization’s top three home health programs in the country. It was named a Compassus Program of Distinction for its performance throughout 2023 during the company’s Excellence Awards ceremony in Phoenix, Arizona, last week. Ascension at Home is part of the Compassus family. Together they offer home health, infusion therapy, palliative and hospice care in more than 250 locations across 29 states.

Compassus’ Excellence Awards are rooted in the principles that inform the company’s mission and services and recognize programs that exceed expectations in providing high-quality patient care.

Compassus provides home-based care services including home health, infusion therapy, palliative and hospice care. The company’s nearly 6,000 team members serve more than 100,000 patients annually.
