For many years Sylvia took an annual vacation to the beach with her family until an early onset of Alzheimer’s brought that to an end. With her family now living some distance away from each other, being together at all became a challenge. Hospice Angels Foundation was able to help this family come together for one more beach vacation. An opportunity to recreate memories and spend quality time together.
