David knew the steps to his mobile home needed repair but he didn’t have the money to invest in them. Due to his medical condition, David was now needing to use a wheelchair more often and the steps situation was becoming more concerning to him and his family. One day while receiving a visitor, the rotted steps gave way. There was no longer an option to wait for repairs as even medical staff would be unable to reach David if he needed them. Hospice Angels provided the materials for a volunteer staff to build steps and a porch for a safe entry and exit to the home. David felt freedom again.
