Supporting Health and Wellness: Chey Sullivan's Impact at Desert Rose by Atria

We believe in providing care that goes beyond physical health to support the whole person. This commitment to care is reflected in the efforts of Cheyenne Sullivan, LPN-HCC, who is making a meaningful impact at Desert Rose by Atria in Yuma, AZ.

Chey regularly takes part in a monthly blood pressure clinic, where he provides screenings for residents and staff, including Kristina Obert, the facility’s business office manager. This clinic is part of a program called “Wellness Wednesday with Compassus,” a collaborative initiative designed to raise awareness about healthy living during retirement.

Through this program, Chey and the team at Desert Rose are providing valuable health screenings and education to both residents and staff. The goal is to empower individuals to make informed choices about their well-being, fostering a healthier and more active lifestyle as they age.

We’re proud of Chey for his dedication to not only supporting our patients, but also improving the health and wellness of the community around us. His work is a true example of what it means to “Care for who I am.” Click here to learn more about our Compassus hospice program in Yuma, and click here to learn more about the Compassus “Care for who I am” philosophy.

At Compassus, our value is in the compassion and expertise of our teams, which act as an extension of patients’ existing care teams. We believe everyone who interacts with us should experience our individualized Care for who I am philosophy, from the care services we provide to patients and families to how we interact with our partners and one another.
