TULSA, Okla. – Compassus, a nationwide network of community-based hospice, palliative, and home health care, is hosting an open house Oct. 15, 2019, to welcome the community to its new location in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Compassus – Tulsa, which serves patients and families in Creek, Lincoln, Okmulgee, Osage, Pawnee, Payne, Tulsa and Washington counties, recently opened at 1325 East 15th Street.
Compassus – Tulsa provides high-quality and compassionate hospice care to improve quality of life for patients facing a life-limiting illness and their families. The supportive care team, which consists of physicians, nurses, hospice aides, social workers, chaplains and volunteers, works together to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of patients, wherever they call home.
“Our new location in Tulsa will allow us to increase awareness of the benefits and access to the services available to those with serious and life-limiting illness,” said Jeffrey Clagg, executive director. “If you are interested in learning how hospice can help improve the quality of life for you or someone you love, please stop by the event to meet our staff and tour our office.”
